Staff Turnover

I have managed to upload some photos & the movie does actualy play.

This bloging does require some serious time investment, please don’t forget that I do have to run a very busy kitchen, which at present is going through some staff turnover.Sadly Mr Kenneth Burton will be leaving us this week.                                                             He joined us back in November. Kenny as he likes to be called, (not Ken) has been a great asset to the Beaches kitchen brigade. Not only bringing with him a great reputation from the Coffee House in Rockhampton where his food was enjoyed by many, but also a much appreciated high quality of knowledge & ability at the herd. As Kenny & myself have discussed those qualities in today’s chefs are seriously lacking. Although saying that, I must admit that we are in a quiet place Yeppoon it’s certainly not a foodie hub……YET, bring on Kenny’s new establishment (name still a secret) I wish him all the very best in his new challenge with great success, haggis & all……………….
