Mother’s Day

After another busy Saturday night with a wedding for 106 in the conference room & 82 in the a la carte restaurant it was back in the kitchen for the wedding breakfast followed by Mother’s Day brunch. Having had a week of last minute event’s what could be more fitting than rain on Mothers day. Jude deciding to set up inside was the plan. Which was perfect, everybody was happy, especially Miss Jude (restaurant supervisor) With breakfast set & going well Moni & I put the finishing touches for brunch together. A slow start with only a few tables arriving early. Matt set up roast beef & lamb carvery & at around 12.30 we got hit. It was full on for the next hour constantly refilling the buffet. All in all it was a great success & a steal for the lucky customers at $25- we were well over booked. Total for brunch was 133. These are a few pictures from the Buffet.
