Fruit and Vegetables

My local fruit and vegetable supplier ‘Big Al’ in Yeppoon does a very good job for myself and most of the other local restaurants & cafes. We don’t always have the local products at our fingertips & thanks to Alan we manage to get a good supply of what we need on a regular basis. Through his contacts in Brisbane at the markets he sources the produce and twice a week the delivery arrives fresh and ready for distribution to the chefs & to stock his shelves in the shop. If there is anything special that we require he’s on the phone to chase it up. Now that’s service. The best thing is you can quickly drop in and see him and his helpers at a whim and they have always time for you. He is open seven days and delivers 6 days a week to us at Beaches Restaurant at Rosslyn Bay so we always have the freshest produce that is available in Yeppoon.

Pop in and see Big Al for some local strawberries or pineapple which are just great at the moment or if your chasing something special ask and he will provide. Don’t forget his popular yoghurt.
