Young Chefs Blog, Aidan Brooks on his way to the top

I have just come across this young chefs blog. He is 19 years old and has just graduated from Westminster Kingsway College in London. Armed with his Professional Chef Diploma he has just started a 3-month training stage at one of the most creative restaurants in Barcelona.
Comerc24 is the restaurant and if you visit Aidan’s blog you can see how it looks. Sometimes I wish I was younger again, to travel a bit more freely to gain some great experience in places like this. Aidan has already gained valuable experience in restaurants like the Boxwood Cafe, Knightsbridge The Providores & Tapa Room, Marylebone and The Landmark Hotel, Marylebone are just a few in his impressive CV.
So please take note of what this young chef is achieving and what he is doing to cement his future in the gastronomy world. This is how you get started in the industry hard work and total dedication. Well done Aidan.
